Since its founding in 1991, Impec’s mission, as enunciated by the co-founders Raffy Espiritu and Christine Chen, is to deliver human-centric workplace solutions based on clients’ needs in support of the lifecycle of the workplace.
Impec Group started servicing the critical needs of the cleanrooms and electronic assemblies in the hi-tech and life science sectors in Silicon Valley. Since then, our services have expanded to encompass: strategy, CRE technology, program management, staffing, environmental branding and operations, and site services with the capability to deliver end-to-end solutions—nationally and globally.
Although headquartered in Santa Clara, California, Impec Group has a strong presence and satellite offices in multiple cities throughout the United States.

Raffy seeks to drive innovation at the workplace through active industry engagement. Aside from writing for several professional journals and speaking at industry events, he has served as the past president of Silicon Valley of IFMA, AFE, and ESD Association of Silicon Valley. Currently, Raffy serves on the Board of the CoreNet Northern California Chapter and is a member of the Commuter Conference of ISPE, San Francisco Chapter. Outside of work, Raffy enjoys writing soulful songs about love, connection, and life in Silicon Valley which you can listen to at the music icon below.
Before joining Impec Group in 1995, Christine was an accountant for prominent international banks, the Bay Area CPA and non-profit organizations. After joining Impec Group, Christine spearheaded the development of systems, procedures and guidance that has elevated Impec Group to become one of the top ten facility management firms in Silicon Valley. When she is not crunching numbers, Christine spends her time reading, gardening, visiting parents, and chatting with her daughters and friends.
As an experienced facility service professional, Richard relentlessly pursues his client’s objective of a clean, safe, and happy workplace. He is deeply involved in the FM community serving as past Chair of the Community Outreach Committee for IFMA SV and current Chair of the Sponsorship Committee for IFMA SF. Richard has been recognized by his peers with the Chapter’s Honors Award at SV for his service and has held a California Real Estate license and FMP credential. Richard’s family is dedicated to being of service to animal rescues and has helped rehome over 100 dogs and cats over the years.
With a decade of experience in project management coupled with his strong background in computer and information technology, Jason has re-tooled the company's administrative and special project capability to make Impec Group a technologically driven organization. Jason enjoys cooking and experimenting with gadgets when he and his son are not role-playing with movie characters such as Luke/Darth Vader, Marty/Gorge, Lloyd/Garmadon, and others.
As a consummate human resource business professional, Taran is passionate about talent development, diversity and inclusion dynamics within the industries of workplace technologies, staffing solutions, and commercial real estate. Taran is an avid cyclist who remains averse to unscheduled dismounts and LOVES speed. Off the bicycle, he enjoys gardening, surfing, and yes, long walks on the beach.
Kevin’s career has been a dynamic progression, from his beginnings in creative services including graphic, web, and communications design, to a number of management and leadership level positions. During his 15-year tenure with a full-service advertising agency, his positions evolved through Director of Creative Operations, EVP of Operations, and ultimately as Chief Operating Officer. In his position at GNU, he is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s professional, financial, administrative, and client service performance. Outside of work, Kevin can be found spending time with his wife and two daughters, hitting the dog park with his golden retriever, being actively involved with his church or working on his latest home improvement project.
With 35+ years of account and operations management experience in the building maintenance industry, Joe has an excellent track record in exceeding clients' expectations. At Impec Group, Joe reports to and works closely with each client's contact to guarantee that customer requests are satisfied quickly. Joe enjoys spending time with his grandsons and watching sports, especially soccer. He is also a fan of the Niners, the Warriors and the Giants.
Before joining Impec Group, Renee was the Vice President of Operations at Reloconnect since 1996. She has 30+ years of experience in project construction management in both the private and public sectors. Renee enjoys community volunteer service with the Soroptimist of San Ramon Valley who focuses on supporting local women and girls. She also enjoys traveling throughout the world and playing golf with her friends.
Globally recognized solutions architect with 20+ years of workplace strategy, design, and optimization. Deep bench knowledge of information systems and evidence-based planning and design to create comprehensive solutions that solve complex workplace challenges. Extensive experience leading teams to create agile workplaces through ideation and iterative prototyping that help clients redefine how and where employees work. Strong focus on human-centric portfolio design and change management, combining rigorous data analyses with qualitative client input to produce solutions that are measurable advantages for clients. Prior to a master’s in architecture, held leadership roles at IBM, applying project management skills to public and private sector industries.
Before starting at Impec Group in 2019, Shayne worked at JLL for 3 years and at BRG for 8 years prior to their acquisition by JLL. Now at Impec Group, Shayne manages and maintains CAD and CAFM drawings and data, updates archived facility drawings and CAFM drawings. In the past, Shayne has worked at Dowco Marine as a Marine Engineer for two years. He also has experience with architectural firms and worked with design teams for Herman Miller Inc. for Nortel Networks designing floor plan layouts and architectural changes.
Before joining Impec Group, Renee was the Vice President of Operations at Reloconnect since 1996. She has 30+ years of experience in project construction management in both the private and public sectors. Renee enjoys community volunteer service with the Soroptimist of San Ramon Valley who focuses on supporting local women and girls. She also enjoys traveling throughout the world and playing golf with her friends.
With experience in interior design and facilities management, Tina joined Reloconnect in 2007 as a Project Manager, and was promoted to Director of Project Management before assuming Account Management responsibilities for Impec Group’s largest client in 2017. Tina has enjoyed her work with clients in several sectors including biomed, healthcare, technology, public utility, and non-profit. In her spare time, Tina enjoys working in her garden and is especially partial to cultivating succulents.
Prior to joining Impec Group, Suzanne worked with Reloconnect since 2003 as a designer. She has a background in interior architecture, planning and design and now works at Impec Group as a Project Manager and CAD Specialist. Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys travelling to settings that include architectural, artistic, and natural environments.
Prior to joining Impec Group, Gina was the President of Reloconnect for 30 years. She grew the company from a small provider of move coordination services to one of the leading full-service project management consulting firms in the Bay area. Her passionate commitment to outstanding customer service has remained a core focus of the company. In her spare time, Gina loves to cook and entertain for her family/friends and is legendary for her lasagna making skills.
Prior to joining Impec Group, Jenifer was a Project Manager with Relocation Connections for 7 years. She has 25 years of experience in Facilities Planning and Project Management. Jenifer is committed to outstanding customer service for her clients. Jen has whippets and is on the Board of one of the largest Whippet clubs in California. She participates in racing and showing her dogs for the fun of the breed.
Prior to joining Impec Group, Lilith was a Project Coordinator for Reloconnect for six years. Her career began in Information Technology during the late 90s. After switching paths, Lilith has since worked in the Architectural and Commercial Furniture Dealership fields. Outside of work, Lilith loves to cook and bake. Her latest obsession is designing cheeseboards.
At Impec Group, Diane manages commercial construction and relocation projects. She brings with her over 30 years of experience in both private and public sectors and enjoys her role as the primary liaison between the project team and corporate client. In her free time, Diane loves traveling to far-away places with her husband. She also enjoys trips to Disneyland with her children and grandchildren.
Jennifer has over 10 years of project management, professional services, and consulting experience. Prior to Impec Group, she worked as a Senior Project Manager in Washington, DC for Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. She has also managed cross-functional international teams for large scale digital and technology efforts including The White House, Nasdaq’s website redesign. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys volunteering, museums, tennis, getting to know California, and travel.

On his time off, he likes to work as a DJ and work on his cars.
Estrella has 25 + years of experience with janitorial service and consulting, apartment renovation, post construction clean-up and housekeeping. Companies that were losing their contracts due to performance issues hired her to not only save their contracts but also gain more business. Estrella’s week would be incomplete without spending time in her garden. Gardening not only helps her relax and recharge for a new week, but also gives her inspiration and creativity.

As Director of Design for the GNU Group, Dickson develops creative strategies, provides design direction and manages the execution of design solutions for the firm’s branding, environmental graphic and print communications programs. Dickson is well versed in the technology and science of environmental graphics and his creative solutions balance creative flair with pragmatic and workable solutions. When not at GNU Group, Dickson can be found hiking and camping with his family along with shooting photography.
